Project Management
We offer full project management services which include:
- Producing drawings for submission to Planning and Building Control
- Preparing a full specification
- Sending documentation out to contractors to tender
- Forming a JCT contract between employer and contractor
- Regular site inspections
- Certifying payments
- Agreeing the final account
- Carrying out a final inspection normally three or six months after practical completion.
Our fees for this are percentage based. This service can be as much or as little as you require - please call us to discuss.
